Shipping and Returns

 

Orders

Futura accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. We will also provide bank information for domestic or international wire transfers. There is no sales tax applied to your purchase unless you live in the state of New Jersey where Futura is incorporated or as otherwise required by law. All Futura jewelry is individually made to order. Futura observes strict craftsmanship standards to ensure the highest quality product. Each piece of jewelry, therefore, requires 3-4 weeks from your order date to be manufactured and ready to ship. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email with a shipping window quote. If there is a greater urgency to the timing of the delivery, please inquire and we will do our best to accommodate your delivery request. Shipping: Domestic

Domestic shipping is free of charge with UPS Ground shipping. Your purchase will be delivered from 2-7 days after the order is shipped. Overnight and 2nd day shipping are available for an additional fee. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping: International

Futura ships internationally for an additional fee.  Your purchase will be sent to your attention with you being responsible for customs clearance and payments of relevant duties, customs and taxes.  Futura is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments and Futura is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally.

Repairs and Returns

For all repair inquiries, please email us with a description of the repair required, photo of the damage and proof of purchase. Futura will review your request and if we are able to repair your jewelry, we will send you an estimated cost of the repair. Once you approve the estimate, we will issue you a RA number and shipping instructions. Repairs take 2-4 weeks to complete depending on the nature of the repair.  Futura will return your repaired jewelry back to you as soon as it is ready and the invoice is paid.  Futura will notify you by email with a tracking number as soon as the jewelry ships. All repairs are subject to shipping charges payable by the customer. Futura wants you to be happy with your beautiful jewelry selection. If you are not satisfied with your domestic jewelry order, we will gladly accept your return within 14 days of delivery confirmation date and pay for the return of your jewelry. We will only accept returns of all new, unused jewelry with original packaging in perfect condition. Futura does not accept returns or exchanges on any international jewelry orders or on domestic jewelry orders that have been engraved. The simplest way to exchange your jewelry purchase is to request a refund on the original order and then order the replacement jewelry item again via the website. To initiate the return process, please email us to request a pre-paid return UPS label and a return number. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show up on your account due to varying processing times by payment providers.
